1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Zonko Casino (zonko-casino-canada.com). By registering an account, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec) to register and play at Zonko Casino. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. 3. Account Registration
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must verify your identity through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal. Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is C$10 for most payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly for Interac, cards, and e-wallets. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification on first request. Processing times vary by method: Interac e-Transfer (under 4 hours), cryptocurrency (15-30 minutes), e-wallets (2-6 hours), card withdrawals (1-3 business days). The minimum withdrawal is C$20. We reserve the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding C$5,000 in a single request.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire after 30 days if wagering is not completed. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse or irregular play patterns are detected. 6. Game Rules
All games are provided by third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). We do not control game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, any bets placed during the malfunction may be voided. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results. Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed at each table.

10. Governing Law
